Those employees that are silent(not voicing) should also be dismissed as they are choosing to be the right of the oppressors.
Employees are not slaves of companies. It is just un human way of thinking. Employees render services for their salaries. It is however right of companies whom they want to hire and retain but they should have no control over their out of office activities . If it is illegal law enforcement will take care of that .

During the early nineties I was part of the anti war movement.
At one point there were several thousand protesters. I remember talking to a reporter from the local TV station.
That TV station reported that there were a couple of hundred protesters at the event.
The next day I asked that same reporter what happened. His answer was: "The editors."
So, if the reporter was somehow able to state the truth, he was on the side of the protesters?
