im imagining the scenario, the IDFs know hamas are surrendering, but idfs def would give instructions. were they told to stop but didnt? were they told to raise their hands but didnt? i mean, they could only assess it as a threat if the enemy is not doing what its told to. remember they ask the hamas to strip their clothes to see that they dont have any bombs with them? why the hostages didnt said anyword to be known that they speak hebrew or english?only lots of questions here, judgement shld be made later.
