I believe she saw the text messages, grabbed his phone, he tried to get the phone back..didn't lay one hand on her..she tried to prevent him from taking the phone back being aggressive, she scratched him. He eventually got the phone back and as he tried to leave the car, she went after him, he grabbed her not in a abusive manner, picked up her because she was so irate, placed her back in the car for her safety because of traffic and the public, she refused to stay in the car and got out again wanting a confrontation with him, he was like 'ok then', lead her to the sidewalk because she wouldn't give in and stay in the car, once he saw she was safely on the sidewalk, he ran away to avoid further confrontation with her and she chased him. Why, because she was the aggressor physically and verbally. She let strangers influence her to go party because she was an obvious drunk we now know. She used her hands as normal, no evidence that she displayed she had a head injuring. She kept trying to contact Majors and wanted him, threatened to harm herself, and because of being drunk and taking pills, she ended up vomiting in the house, passing out in the bathroom and waking up like a freakin zombie acting like she didn't know what the hell was going on. I mean how can you even debate this for days when it is clear evidence that she has been lying and he is innocent. It's a shame the public can see this as clear as day, but the court system because they are a system, keep this crap going wasting our tax money. This is just ridiculous! Ya'll NY people better try to vote better people in your offices because that DA who ran with this is shameful to all people and real people who experience domestic violence because when it's clear evidence that proves the lies of allegations, you don't run with it for popularity.
