This guy was a chomo so i guess he deserved to be in prison. But Texas is so obesessed with prison and locking people away for so much time for even minor offenses like vandalism and shoplifting. Yet they still have a high crime rate despite all that. Pretty stupid state honestly. They go into prison for stealing a shirt and come out a gang member ready to commit serious crimes.
Prisons are big business in Texas. (Private as well as state owned)
