If I was falsely accused of shoptlifting a) I would be livid and b) I would sue! How dare they use our biometric information without consent! An Airport or Border Crossing I understand, but not while shopping. As a former LP, there are other ways to deal with shoplifters . SHAME SHAME SHAME on RiteAid and their weak statement.
