The Colorado SC vote was 4-3. All seven were Democrat appointed Liberal Judges. What does that tell you? This is a moot point anyway. The ruling is 'stayed', and with all the legal arguments that are in the mix, the SCOTUS probably wont rule before the election, and it will be dropped after the election.

The republicans will try pull every stunt in the book from the top down trying to say the judges were wrong in there decision to bar trump from the ballot papers & that the republicans know best . Biggest problem is that they have been working on a scenario like this for years & this is why they have 6 republican to 3 democrat judges in place already on the supreme court. I always believed it should be an equal amount of democrats & republicans, 6,8,10,12 whatever, & if they can’t agree then the final vote of the President could be implemented. Will the judges hold true to their oath’s of office to the American people or will they bend the rules slightly to accommodate the Republican Party, only time will tell. Anyone that’s running for the position of president & is willing to still take a chance on American lives,it’s democracy & constitution when judges have already spoken by advocating to give Trump the slightest chance of installing himself as a dictator, is not worthy of holding the position of the President of the United States of America. If you’re willing to gamble now with the lives of the American people & America itself, you definitely can’t be trusted with the powers of the position of president. Maybe this was the plan all along that they seemed willing to run against Trump knowing that they wouldn’t win & at the last moment would withdraw supporting Trump.Unfortunately a spanner was thrown in the works by the court where there main runner has now had his wings clipped, and they are starting to panic as none of them were qualified enough & really didn’t wanted the position of the president in the first place. Kinda makes sense now when Trump would not turn up for any of the debates on national television & is the top Republican runner even after trying to overturn the last election. Yep, could have been another big smoke screen by the Republican Party as usual..

This ruling confirms a clear-eyed veiw of the January 6th events and an unbiased reading of section 3 of the 14th amendment. The amendment is straightforward, purposeful and well stated. The supreme Court should decline to take it up. Judges swear an oath to defend and protect the Constitution and that is what they have done in Colorado. It is a simple and honest reading of the Constitution and could mark the beginning of the restoration of the people's faith in our highest court and the application of its authority. The supreme Court should let it stand as is. In this case, right now, the only path for wisdom is silence. Can they help themselves? Will they honor the framers or dishonor themselves? This is it.
