  1. Biden has ruined the economy with his bumbling atitude and delussional Godhood. If you think prices are bad and you voted for him or Democrats look in the mirror for the source of why

  2. If I don't MAX OUT 10 credit cards during the holidays, then I have failed.

  3. Phony news stories because right after this there are ads to get you to spend for Christmas. So stfu. Because you really don’t care. It’s all to have a news story.

  4. If we can't pay cash we can't afford the item. Credit cards aren't a way to make ends meet, they are a trap leading to absolute misery. All debt is bad.

  5. People gamble if they may die tomorrow or the creditors may die before them

  6. How much traction is all of this pseudoscientific dopamine garbage going to gain? We've also got this thing called intuition which should tell you that if it's too good to be true (free things) than it probably is.

  7. Don't care what the APR is since I pay off my one card every month!

  8. A nation of debt slaves.

  9. To be honest, most people can't handle credit cards…even the people that do the cash-back game usually lose in the end. If you want to break this nasty lifestyle, look up Dave Ramsey videos. I have had a balance for over 20 years. Haven't touched a credit card in almost 2 years now and love it.

  10. As someone who carries no debt and always pays credit cards well before interest is charged (I use them for the cash back benefits), I always find this type of spending behavior to be interesting. If I don't already have the money for something, I don't buy it.

  11. Pay in cash! If buying gifts is going to put you in debt then don't buy gifts!!!!!

  12. Let's normalize homemade gifts. Cookies, crocheted and knitted items, welded items… If you have a hobby that produces a gift able item, use it. We don't need to make the rich folks richer.

  13. Some just don’t understand the credit card game. People buy things that do not make sense. Use your credit cards for investments and on your bills that you can put on recycling payments every month and pay it off when your bill is due and that’s when you get free flying miles and cash backs as well and your credit scores will go up. Cash is King like credit is Queen. Credit is a powerful tool if u know how to use it

  14. Buy now, pay later is just another trap, making it easy to suck more money from people. Americans are addicted to spending, and stores/banks know this.

  15. Switched to a cash only lifestyle only time I pay with any type of card is for bills

  16. I've never been dumb enough to own a credit card. Only idiot use money they didn't earn

  17. Companies are faking late payments, I got screwed by Lowes I made the full payment and they conveniently didn't get my payment. Boned me for 30 bucks.

  18. All the people in the comments need to listen to Dave Ramsey

  19. I love getting advice from the guy on Dawson’s Creek

  20. Don’t do it! Homemade gifts and family time is better.

  21. This year I spent $17,613 on my living expenses. That includes housing, insurance, utilities, gas, food, everything. Averaged out to a little under $1,500 a month. It's important to note that individual financial situations vary, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another.
Working with a knowledgeable and reputable financial adviser can indeed provide personalized guidance tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  22. They're not using credit cards to "make ends meet", they're using credit cards to buy time.

  23. Wow I won’t ever get in debt for Christmas gifts

  24. Americans overspending, not doing math, blame inflation, and then playing victim for not having enough money rofl

  25. That’s Biden economics. Best Economy ever😂

  26. Mother F'er, I ain't got a raise in 10 years, meanwhile all my bills went up 6x, how the F#$K you expect me to pay for that! I ain't out buying lattes and Christmas presents when I can't even afford food. F%%K YOU news media! you outta touch elite douche bags!

  27. Most People aren't using credit cards for dopamine their using it to survive buy groceries get their meds keeping their light's on ect

  28. Cash is king until the nation that supports it collapses and it going back to what other people perceive as value such as food, items, and daughters virginity

  29. I plan on giving my children a patch of moss and some sea shells for Christmas 🎄

  30. Money is fake do what makes you happy.

  31. I don't know what the APR is on any of my credit cards because I NEVER carry a balance!!

  32. Somewhere there is a billionaire laughing about this.

  33. What is "holiday debt"? If these people didn't celebrate commercial Christmas they would have more money. Go to church in the morning and then spend a nice day with your family. Perfection.

  34. Also people should watch Dave Ramsey

  35. I hate using my credit cards if I can not pay for it in cash then I don’t need it!!

  36. Cash is king when you use it wisely…like paying your CASH BACK credit card in full every month.

  37. I’ve only used my credit card during the intro periods with 0% APR. Once it’s up I’m not touching it anymore

  38. the other thing is a lot of businesses are letting customers pay the credit card fee now. Which is absurd, because stores and restaursants know for a fact customers spend More money when they use there credit card (over cash). Sometimes you do need to use a card, especially if traveling, so always ask first before paying for items with credit card.
