  1. Wilbur needs to retire. Stay American ownership. Stop selling out

  2. Not having control over manufacture of out own steel company is setting us up for trouble in the future . Political winds change suddenly!!!!!

  3. what is the name of this music?

  4. Tariffs do not work. Tariffs reward a few people to get rich at the expense of the many who are becoming more poor. Protectionism, almost always backfires. Your pride in your ego scream for protectionism. At the same time you’re standard of living goes downward.

  5. We americans cannot allow dr bob suzuki ex president of cal poly pomona win! He wiuld not help americans get jobs?

  6. No japanese should be allowed to own any american business especially steel. The usa won world war 2 without the japanese help! The defense industry should be protected! The american car industry need to stay in business!

  7. Why do you think they would want to buy it? Do they pay US taxes, they own a different steel company in the US already?

  8. Nucor Corporation, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, produces steel and related products. It is the largest steel producer in the United States and the largest recycler of scrap in North America.[1] Nucor is the 16th-largest steel producer in the world.[2] Along with Commercial Metals Company, it is one of two primary suppliers of rebar used to reinforce concrete in buildings, bridges, roads, and infrastructure in the U.S.

  9. Go to the US steel website. Their story does not jive with this Fox report.

  10. Congratulations Japanese for buying US STEEL 👏 🎉👍

  11. Not to say I don’t agree with more partnership with Japanese companies they are one of our top ally’s in the world. But what do we export and produce anymore as a country? Speculation?💁🏾‍♂️😂🤣😂🤣💁🏾‍♂️🤣💯✊🏾⚡️💯

  12. No! So flick of the switch?

  13. J. Edgar Thomson used slave labor to built The Great State of Georgias first railtoad……

  14. Let’s offshore our medicine, medical supplies, and now our steel. What could possibly go wrong? Nothing as long as there are no wars in the near future.

They’re going to honor the labor contracts through 2026 and then what? They’ll shutdown the steel mills and move the operation overseas. Thousands of Americans will go from middle class to unemployed overnight. Drug addiction and suicides will rise in these communities along with crime. Yet Ross wants us to believe that we’re going to be better off. It’s this thinking that turned many of our communities into areas where there are more dollar stores and methadone clinics than good jobs.

  15. This dude is one step away from the grave and is obviously a radical leftist

  16. One day soon, we will be totally dependent on others to provide all of our daily needs and Americans will be poor

  17. Steel tariffs aren’t anything new, so stop with this idiocy. Greed is the root of this evil

  18. … another 10% to Comrade BigGuy
    For bowing to 🇨🇳🐲💵🐻🇷🇺

  19. 1. If Nippon is so much better than USS, why weren't improvements made at USS to make it more competitive? Ans: United Steelworkers… 2. China has already targeted Japan for isolation and takeover; this hands Xi enormous leverage if The Bidenfather loses next year…3. Make America Great, Again (GOP) v. Make America Go Away (Dem) …KDM

  20. Speaking from a Japanese perspective, I feel like Japanese companies will be absorbed into America…

  21. The good thing about a democracy is that the majority of voters get exactly what they deserve. The tragic thing about the "united" states is that it is impossible for normal Americans to have good government.

  22. Worked for USS at Braddock Plant (ET) for 47 years 1974-2021.Shitty jobs at first. Got better in the rolling mill as senority acquried. Shut down rolling mill in July. of 1992. Opened continuous caster Aug. 1 1992. For 20 years things were mostly steady cept for 2008. I got out with a pension I hope my younger compadres do the same.

  23. Americans will sell their wives' vaginas if the corporates say it's profitable.

  24. Hilarious that people vote democrat!

  25. This guy is a moron! Selling to a foreign country is ignorant!

  26. Japan is invading the United States again with its financial power.

  27. This is a massive security risk. The government should not allow them to sell. Bad deals.

  28. >> Hit £200k today. I'm really grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with £20,000 June 2023 ❤️

  29. No foreign countries should own American business

  30. if this bozo believes carbon neutrality is so important…the rest of what he spouts is meaningless

  31. Good discussion , But No Defense Guarantee is Still on the Table ! Can you really trust anyone anymore ? NO !

  32. He worked for the Rothchilds? That says it all, he isnt for the US

  33. This is about the mining rights that us steel owns and are in contract with , it the same as Hillary’s uranium mines deal , us steal facility’s are sows antiquated, low productivity, low worker skills they will close the doors in a matter of months the Japanese are not going to put up with that the unions killed another us company , US state and joes administration selling the sole of American and it security . How many congressional personal will make a Financial gain from this .

  34. As a lifelong master machinist, watching what happened to steel ind over course of my lifetime, the worry goes to china. Weve been paying back loans with mineral rights thinking we were giving them useless property being as its NOT FARMLAND, this tactic backfires and we will be sending ore to china to turn around and buy it back! This WILL push manufacturing out of america buy driving steel thru roof, its pretty much common sense if you know manufacturing

  35. Not crazy about all the 'mixing' of resource owners, deals like this seem to be more about 'you let our billionaires do business in your nation and we'll let your billionaires do business here'. Yet another part of the 'one world order' that many are starting to learn about.

  36. Fuk nippon steel and this deal!

  37. FOX should change their name to FORMER since thats who they keep on the screen.

  38. Don't sell out our country!!! This man has one foot in the grave and the other on a thousand banana peels?! He is so out-of-date with reality!!!

  39. They can’t even Recap a tire in Japan car engines are not allowed after 100,000 miles they don’t make batteries in Japan because of pollution all of the pollution is coming to America.

  40. Couldn’t have been u.s led globalization. Its tariffs.

  41. Wilbur IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO RETIRE!

  42. Put this democratic pile in his casket!!! You're a joke and a liar.

  43. Time of conflict when we need steel. Who else we have make steel for the war machine?

  44. What is wrong with the USA? Why are we selling everything to other countries? What happens after 2026 to the labor? You never stated that, you think everything will be 5he same after that! Japan will change that after 2026!

  45. Two people Ross and Kudlow who haven't a clue about international trade and tariffs. Tariffs are always a bad policy anywhere and goes against everything that is capitalism. To think that these two people know more about business than the captains of industry is just foolish. Ross is right on the Nippon issue coming to the US and the far-right should just go hide in a corner over their conspiracy theories and xenophobia.

  46. This is greatest example whats more important America or the free market. If you believe in America first then veto the deal but I don’t want to hear about free market bs and the other is if free markets is the most important then you have to let it past then I don’t want to hear about your america first
