They should be grateful that an Allie like Japan’s was willing to pay a premium for US Steel instead of the lowball offer the other U.S. company offered. And U.S. Steel is much better off under Nippon’s guidance. And a Japanese company is a lot different than a Chinese company — who are clearly advesaries— making a purchase.
