The Colorado court has also provided that if any petition is filed to SCOTUS the stay will be extended thus allowing Trump to go on the ballot – why is this lawyer not aware of this?

Fortunately, Mr. Giuliani will file a petition to place an automatic stay on the court's absurd judgment, which will ultimately be discharged in bankruptcy. Rudy will be fine. Plaintiffs are riding high today, but when tomorrow rolls around they will realize that along with a worthless judgment they have acquired some very powerful enemies. Like they say, "what goes around comes around."

Leave it to Democrats to commit the biggest acts of ignorance. Removing Trump from the Colorado ballot has already convinced the average person that democrats will resort to extreme measures to keep him from being elected. Americans can easily see what's happening, and they already know how much better off this nation was with Trump. Shortly after the 2020 elections, 13% of people who voted for Joe Biden admitted that if they knew about the evidence of corruption of Joe and Hunter, they'd have voted for Trump instead. That alone would have elected Trump in 2020. There's no question who who need to vote for next November.
True, NBC News made every effort to link this verdict with Trump, insurrection and the pre-appeal Colorado decision. One expects that of a good political organization. I do appreciate that NBC News clearly presented the ridiculously excessive nature of this penalty, the heinous lawfare angle common with this administration, and the likelihood of the appeal being overturned. 😆 Let me file this under 'Trust in Media'
