I am 24. The only time I ever was in a bad accident was from a 17 year old flying down the road and hit the back side of my crown vic. It tore the bumper off of his new plastic toy his parents bought him *that morning*, but it only scraped paint for me. He nearly killed himself on my car that day, I was sitting in a 25 mph zone and he had to have been going 45. He got off easy, the responding officer had to react to someone who took their life in a parking lot that day and he didn't get charged with anything but the damage he had to clean up.
The moment the officer left him alone with his family he was planning to take the same damaged car to Walmart to buy halloween clothes. His grandmother was furious
