This isn't racial profiling, it's a description of the suspects. When 52% of murders are committed by a 13% cohort of the population, it's a statistics problem? That same cohort driving without driver's licenses, registrations, and insurance and complaining "I can't breathe!" when they get pulled over.
This is why this issue isn't going away anytime soon.
