No President has ever taken an oath to "uphold/support, this Constitution"; only "preserve, protect and defend, the Constitution". In law and/or in legal land, specific words have specific meanings, so yes, it does matter. Trump knows this and the Superme Court knows this. The bimbo from Maine and the dunces from Colorado likely do not know this. Regardless, free People do not regis-ter to vote in the first place. To do so is a surrender of your free self into a warped commercial game. The President was never supposed to be a de facto king and the Articles of Confederation are still in play if you learn the games they play. People imprison themselves between their own ears. In November 2016 after Trump won, I could not believe it. The raw behavior of Donald Trump was, to me, like a Jerry Springer show coming into the WhiteHouse.
Contrast that with January 2021 I watched Joe Biden give his Inauguration address after being sworn-in. I was moved in my ❤ thinking, hey this is our 🇺🇸President.
The irony that I have been impressed with Trump's results after 4 years, it was a great economy, put a lot measures in place to reduce the child trafficking problem, closed the border, got us out of Iraq, avoided wars.
In contrast, Biden's inflation is off the charts he has caused, closed Alaskan oil pipeline, opened the border bringing nearly 3 million illegal immigrants into the US🇺🇸 including terrorists, child traffickers, has us NEAR WW3, fentanyl distribution that is deadly having killed many Americans so Joe Biden is guilty of manslaughter on multiple counts, poured billions💰💸💸💰of taxpayers' money to go to a nondemocratic Ukraine, the LGBTQ+ nonsense …I have no words, Biden and VP whatsHerName have fanned into flame racism against whites in the 🇺🇸 through a false narrative that racists wanna believe… unbelievable!!
Here is what I think happened on January 6th, 2021.
1. The Establishment and Democrat Leftists anticipated Trump's reaction to hold a peaceful rally so they baited him with:
a. Have Biden win via Election fraud.
b. Make Trump aware of it so he would hold a rally.
2. Trump marched with peaceful rally down to the Capitol.
3. The Establishment and Democrats had FBI agents lead the mixture of their hired thugs and peaceful protesters into the Capitol building.
4. FBI stired up the hornet's nest to cause problems and their hired thugs did their part too.
Fast Forward to now… the Media Industrial Complex spew the narrative that Trump committed Insurrection to keep Trump from running in 2024 because he will drain the Swamp and dethrone the Establishment who really run the government.

Nothing that comes out of NBC is honest and fair. To watch this and think it is not equivocated is like drinking water from a sewage treatment plant and pretending that is is from a pure mountain stream. The Supreme Court if you actually read this provision in the Constitution has no role in this decision there is a remedy and it is called 2/3 of the Congress voting to reinstate that person's right
