Don't want to hear it. Denver is a Sanctuary city, and you need to take responsibility to take care of these immigrants. Declaring that Denver is a sanctuary city is an invitation to come. Since I do not support this action, do not expect me and other Americans who feel the same to support your declaration. Democrats are so adept at sucking tax $$s from the struggling middle class. He is a liar starting from his first statement when he says he is the "largest recipient" of illegals. TEXAS IS! and in much smaller cities. He is also a hypocrite. He was silent and criticized Abbott until he learned the reality. Now he's saying exactly what Abbott has said for the the 3 years of the Biden-created crisis. It is sad to see a liar and hypocrite running a great city. He also says he wants to work with Texas but why doesn't he just take all the migrants as the sanctuary city he runs and as he and his party insisted Texas do before it came to their backyard.

This mayor bitches about a few hundred sowing up in his city. TX deals with 7K a day coming in. Why is this mayor threatening to cut city services. Maybe if he does nothing to help the illegals they will tell others not to come. Why is taxpayer money being used to take care of these illegals?
