I work in a Major national branded candy company. Our company decided to go woke and hire this DEI guy to “train” us. I’m a millwright and my department are all full of mens men. Busted knuckles, scars and grime type of guys. He’s this alternative lifestyle guy acting out scenarios and one of the guys whom he tried to pull into a scenario just blurted out “ dude, get your hands off of me”. We couldn’t help it but all busted out laughing. Half an hour into this “training” mrDEI had to go out and compose himself then calls the Plant Manager, has a discussion and we were all dismissed. The program never went any further. Your employees don’t have to be woke
Race shouldnt even be a box to check on anything.

Only as strong as your weakest link. Business and personal learn the difference. When hired for a company mind your manners you don't get an opinion you answer to the stock holders..
