The Sacramento Sheriff’s Office says 10-year-old Keith Frierson was shot and killed by another 10-year-old boy. Authorities say the boy was ordered by his dad to get cigarettes from their car, and instead grabbed a gun. NBC News’ Steve Patterson reports.

I cite this story as confirmatory evidence that the second amendment to the US constitution, the prime cause of gun violence, needs to be repealed. There are two laws in this country. There is one for the white man and one for the black man. Do you really think the outcome would be the same if a white child shot a black child? In your opinion, would the white child have been detained? We're talking about a 10-year-old child. There's a reason why responsible adults hide their guns from their children. While I am sorry for the child's death, both parties are victims in this case. The father is the one who should be blamed completely. Why would you send a ten-year-old to get a cigarette for you, knowing that a gun is in the car. Kids are curious: What do you think might happen if a child gets hold of a gun. This is the time for Satan's courts to say, 'He's just a child. ' There is no justice in the justice system. The only justice in the justice system is the word 'justice'. Let me demonstrate the demonic nature of the justice system. They might want to try the ten-year-old as an adult, but if a 17-year-old dates an adult and gets caught, guess what? All of a sudden, the 17-year-old is just a child.

A 10 year old boys brain is not near to the developing stage and the brain goes through the first gray matter brain change from 6-12 years of age before it goes through it second massive change in the high school to 23 years of age. We played cops and robbers all the time when we were kids and played with guns that had caps in them. As a child you do not think of death and it's eternity status. But you do play and imitate life all the time as a child….what you see at home, in the neighborhood, and on TV. How you charge a 10 year old with murder is insane. He should be removed from his home into foster care, as well as the other kids for the poor parenting skills of having a loaded gun accessible to children. Sounds like Sacramento has some Billionaire investors making profits off of children's prisons. These billionaires are the real criminals with their shady prison for profit scams. It wouldn't be the first children's prison scam that destroys children lives. Pennsylvania had a terrible child prison scam that ruined kids lives while the judges were collecting payouts from the prison owners.
