  1. Reparations would help because the people with have a opportunity to think bigger and better. Show them how to build on land and create generational wealth

  2. Those made homeless due to AGW-caused: fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and drought are provided with free childcare in the Homeless Shelter Village's [HSV] Community Room and one free meal a day. Paid for by the rent the tenants pay for their Shelter 400; a $12,000 400 square foot four bed family-sized shelter made by Pallet Shelters for those made homeless in Maui. In order to survive past the year 2060 when the oceans are too acidic and hot to support life due to CO2 saturation. The Bush and Trump $9.3 trillion dollar tax thefts from the poor given to the rich and monopoly-consolidated price-gouging corporations that cause inflation; are repealed then used by Democrats to provide affordable housing. For the 41% of Americans that make less than $15 an hour in Homeless Shelter Villages [HSV]; using Pallet Shelters existing components. Factories built within the HSV use the residents of the HSV as its workforce to produce electric-car conversion-kits and fully-automated, artificially-intelligent [AI] Soylent Green factories.

  3. "The bottom line is: The American Rescue Plan meets the moment."
    President Joseph R. Biden

  4. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The American Rescue Plan
On March 11, 2021 legally-elected President Joseph R. Biden signed The American Rescue Plan into law. This historic legislation was designed to enable all Americans to respond to and recover from the impacts of COVID-19. Under the American Rescue Plan EDA was allocated $3 billion in supplemental funding to meet the urgent needs of American communities. With deep gratitude to its partners, industry, and communities across the country, EDA is proud to share that across 780 grants awarded through six innovative grant programs, as of September 27, 2022, EDA invested its $3 billion in transformational American Rescue Plan projects. EDA’s American Rescue Plan grant programs include:
Build Back Better Regional Challenge: $1 billion awarded to 21 regional coalitions (5-8 component awards per coalition), each of which received between $25 million and $65 million to transform their regional economy by growing an industry sector. EDA also gave awards to 60 phase 1 finalists to support the development of their ambitious projects.
Good Jobs Challenge: $500 million awarded to 32 industry-led workforce training partnerships to invest in innovative approaches to workforce development that will secure job opportunities for more than 50,000 Americans.
Economic Adjustment Assistance Program: $500 million awarded to 256 diverse projects —including but not limited to enabling infrastructure, workforce development, business facilities and planning grants — to address the economic development needs of communities today while preparing them for the future by in investing in enabling infrastructure, workforce development, business facilities, and planning grants. Indigenous Communities Program: $100 million awarded to 51 grantees to support economic development projects in Indigenous communities for similar types of projects as described under Economic Adjustment Assistance. Across all six American Rescue Plan programs, inclusive of the Indigenous Communities program, EDA awarded a total of 127 grants totaling $448 million.
Travel, Tourism & Outdoor Recreation Program: $750 million awarded to 185 grantees to help support regions hard hit by declines to these industries through projects to build new tourist attractions (museums, event venues, hiking trails, campgrounds, etc.), develop tourism-related economic plans, and support workforce training in the tourism sector.
Statewide Planning, Research & Networks: $1 million planning grants to each of the 59 U.S. states and territories and $31 million to 15 research and networks (also known as Communities of Practice) grantees.
Additionally, when the American Rescue Plan programs were launched in 2021, EDA committed $300 million to American coal communities through its Coal Communities Commitment. Ultimately, EDA exceeded the commitment and awarded $551 million to coal communities.

  5. These are the actual real world costs submitted by the city of Chico to establish a Homeless Shelter Village [HSV] using Pallet Shelter's components. Including the newly developed $12,000 Shelter 400 for the fire victims of Maui; a 400 square-foot four-bed heated and A/C, secure; shelter/tiny-home. These costs come in the form of both yearly operational expenses as well as the costs for building and completing the site. The information was issued Tuesday via a press release from the city of Chico. The Pallet Shelter units and their installation were covered by $1.7 million in American Rescue Plan Act funding which was provided by Butte County.
Along with that and the contract with the Jesus Center, however, comes additional startup costs. According to the release from the city, the largest initial startup costs consisted of $665,773 for electrical setup, $409,210 for grading and $174,129 for soil treatment. Other costs included $60,140 for security cameras, $39,150 for the original site design, $36,680 for modular buildings as well as modular furniture and painting, $27,000 for sewer connection, $24,827 for unspecified PG&E costs and $22,000 for fencing. Another $11,867 went to storage units plus a $1,500 shade tent.

  6. Never trust the words of a man whose hair is in the shape of a shark fin!!!!!!!!! 🦈🦈🦈

  7. Here are you reparations, A ONE ticket out of America

  8. Lets be Real, This affirmative action hire could NOT run the Drive Thru window at McDonalds Enough already

  9. Today's GOP GQP that is anti-democracy and anti-abortion doesn't WANT elections; they want autocrats; so when elections happen they REFUSE to certify them. Then, if people vote AGAINST them, they don't want to enforce those laws!!! STAY VIGILANT PEOPLE…We're fighting QMAGAt-FASCISTS!!

  10. The only thing that need be changed is the drive train nothing more. An electric-car-conversion-kit costs $9,600 but will fall to $4,600 when the Defense Production Act is used to produce them. The $9.3 trillion dollar Bush and Trump tax thefts from the poor given to the rich are repealed then used to provide government subsidies and the cost is $2,600 for a conversion kit, installation, and batteries. That are made in the Homeless Shelter Villages [HSV] created using Pallet Shelter's components; where the factories to make the kits are established using the residents of the HSV to produce them and fully automated Soylent Green artificially-intelligent robotic factories; that are delivered and retrieved by giant dirigibles. Who are provided with childcare and one meal a day in HSV's Community Room; paid for by the rent the residents pay for their unit. Which can be as large as the Shelter 400 a $12,000 tiny home created for the refugees on Maui. Is a four bed 400sqft A/C and heated secure shelter for a family; until other housing becomes available.

  11. Part 1 of 4 Top Trump adviser: Republicans have 'always' relied on voter suppression December 21, 2019 This news article is from The Guardian. ”Traditionally, it’s always been Republicans suppressing votes.” One of Donald Trump’s top re-election advisers told influential Republicans in swing state Wisconsin that the party has “traditionally” relied on voter suppression to compete in battleground states, according to an audio recording of a private event. The adviser said later that his remarks referred to frequent and false accusations that Republicans employ such tactics.

  12. Trump campaign adviser: Republicans "traditionally" relied on voter suppression Posted: December 20, 2019 This news article is from WBAY. One of President Donald Trump’s top re-election advisers told influential Republicans in swing state Wisconsin that the party has “traditionally” relied on voter suppression to compete in battleground states but will be able to “start playing offense” in 2020 due to relaxed Election Day rules. That's according to an audio recording of a private event obtained by The Associated Press. Justin Clark told an audience last month that the GOP will be “protecting” their voters while “playing offense" with a “much more aggressive program” to target what the GOP sees as voter fr@ud.

  13. Representative Omar voted to keep The Child Tax Credit which lifted 40 million American children out of the poverty that RepublicaMTG-Santos create; by ignoring the needs of homeless and middle-class Americans. All RepublicQAnons voted against making the The Child Tax Credit permanent. Why? For the sake of cruelty; that's why. Its a RepubliKKKlan thing.

  14. . . . Syria, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, and Afghanistan? To provide affordable housing for the 41% of Americans that make less than $15 an hour; due to failed sadistic racist RATrumpliKlan polices whose only purpose is cruelty? And artificially intelligent robots that make everything at 1/10 the cost and America experiences -2% DEFLATION every year; like in an Issac Asimov robot story. The movie I Robot is an Issac Asimov story.

  15. You lost control of your city

  16. Why is that black man screaming. I'm scared.

  17. Johnson needs to do better than trying to deflect the way you think by offering you reparations. While the migrants are taking everything else that’s handed to them by the locals that are elected officials. Remember that everyone.

  18. He is a 🤡 can't wait until he voted out. Definitely a one term 🤡 mayor

  19. That's a BIG FAT LIE. He just wants some that fresh print Government money.

  20. It always that's one person siding with the group. Then if you say and negative and truth about anothet group see how they like you. God protect us from evil

  21. I wonder if Leo still believes in OJ's innocence? Just askin'.

  22. Giving candy to babies isn't the answer. Personal responsibility is the answer!

  23. This is just a slick money grab to give migrants money under the guise of reparations for Black Americans…..we not falling for that bullsheet.

  30. As a black man from Chicago Illinois, Trump USA

  31. by saying this isnt he admitting most crime is done by a specific race?

  32. Wrong choice of words by the mayor. Not reparations, but investments, in education, work, and psychosocial support… not reparations…

  33. Democrat party were the slave owners. The DNC owes billions. Did this mayor omit that his party was responsible but expects taxpayers to foot their bill?

  34. Reparations would certainly help poverty pimps like the mayor. However, if one deducts the reparation amount by all of the damages caused by riots, welfare payments, Jessie Smollett trial costs and the costs of policing, the people to whom the reparations are going will OWE money to the City of Chicago.

  35. Anything given for free is never appreciated. It would be good for the economy because like lottery winners it would get all pissed away and back into the economy. There would be very little generational wealth accrued from this.

  36. Handing people money during COVID sure didn't help anything.
