A Japan Airlines plane was engulfed in flames after landing at Haneda Airport in Tokyo on Tuesday.
There were 367 passengers and 12 crew members on board when the flight landed. All 379 people safely left the plane after it landed, the airline said.
The flight, which was traveling from Chitose, Hokkaido, may have struck a Japan coast guard plane as it was landing.
Five people were killed on board the coast guard aircraft, officials said.

All the passengers were Japanese and here in Japan, we rehearse once a week for emergencies just like this. The world must emulate.
If this was an Indian flight, everyone would be scurrying to pick their hand luggage and the flight crew would’ve been screaming at them to sit down

Trying to imagine if the outcome would’ve been the same if this happened in the US. I could see Karens being selfish and push kids out of the way, or try and grab their luggage.
Are the drop down oxygen masks just for depressurization? I guess injecting O2 in to a fire situation could make things worse.

These folks were extremely calm to be trapped inside of fire. It's actually weird because the video of the earth quake hitting with folks in the store, they were going crazy and nothing even happened to them
