First off. Minimum wage laws are rooted in racism. And secondly how about the government doesn’t tax people into poverty?
People already have started not eating out anymore, this is going to be the nail in fast foods coffin.
25 outta 50 will increase miminun wages , all love and support for doing that the others states doing absolutely nothing is unacceptable behaviour
Smh it should be wage increases in all 50 states yet only 22 outta 50 are going to do something about it, leaving it at that miserable level minimum wage 7.25 which hasn’t been raised un over 50 years , whoever came up with the bloody heck decision of 7.25 a hour will never be a livelihood amount and smh at Pizza Hut for dismissing 1200 workers is unacceptable and unforgivable

I currently have a part-time with the U.S. Government and Uncle Joe raised the minimum wage for contractors to $15/hr. This is the only good thing that Biden has done during his presidency. Thanks Joe!
If their job is worth 20 dollars, people with real skills and knowledge should get paid more.
Remember they have no skill no knowledge, and you pay $20.
When you hire a kid who has never done mowing to do your front yard, would you pay $20?
While the professional who has skills and experience to do the job asks you to pay $30.
What we need is tell kids to get the real skills, isn’t it? If we reward them $20 for the terrible job, they think it’s stupid to get skills and experiences.

We literally need one nationwide union for the entire working population an pay should be evenly distributed based on company earnings or off overall gross GDP? Any model other than the current one makin the 1% richer an the rest of us struggle?? It astounds me the masses don't comprehend the power we actually have!!! Wake the F$@k up people!!!
Rather than pay their workers better and have their shareholders make less, they’re going to pass the cost into consumers and lay off workers. It’s ridiculous what these companies are doing.

I used to think, well people shouldnt be working in minimum wage jobs into their 20's. But then I realized that there are dozens of industries that pay nothing but minimum wage. The problem isn't the workers, its the greed of corporations.
