I have a friend that is an exec in a department in WA state government, a white male over 50, and he wants to move on to another department. He has been told by every department he tries to interview with that he has is the wrong gender + wrong skin color to be considered to any open exec positions in WA government. This is under Governor Jay Inslee. It's not just the Universities, it is every Democratic party controlled institution that is abusing DEI to perform reverse racism.
