I recall the many interviews of Gazan women from 10/7 forward. They were fully indoctrinated that every Jew must die. They supported Hamas. While I don't doubt there were some crimes associated with 1948, I also know that Jews purchased properties from owners and landlords. Landlords might not even live in the vicinity. Some Arabs obviously left because they stood with the Arab aggression. Properties were abandoned or appeared to be. The stories Gazan children are raised on are mostly the product of antisemetism. I once made profit on what is commonly referred to as "flipping" property, so I know how many people do not comprehend housing markets and expenses involved in relocating. They don't see past getting the cash in their hands. And an Arab property owner in the new country of Israel may have already ruined his relationship with neighbors. There are many reasons other than overt crime for why Gazans left Israel. I am sure there were cases of serious crime, and these should be resolved. Genocide is in the hearts of the wailing women of Gaza. They have proudly sacrificed their sons. They danced on 10/7. Feed and care for them, but keep that in mind that they will do it again unless reeducated.
