FYI. Palestinians were allowed to come into Israel to work , live, get benefits etc by Israel . They wanted to work together with the Palestinians. Israeli’s were NOT allowed into Palestinian territory. Guess they didn’t want their tunnel systems and weapons expansion projects evaluated as Hama paid their Palestinian supporters .
