We seriously need huge prison work camps, these nogs got way too much time and energy on their hands.
This is part of the reason jail's the last place someone wants to go to. No matter what occupation inmates once had, in jail, they're just themselves, whatever power they once had is gone and people are no longer scared to do whatever they want to said inmate, as they're already in jail and their new cellmate's now just a fellow criminal in jail with them.
