The D.O.J. is doing nothing more than trying to "TIE TEXAS UP" with bullshit lawsuits (just like what they've been doing with Donald Trump) Once they get the paperwork done, they'll ask one of THEIR judges to issues a "cease and desist" order until the matter is resolved in court.
