T-Mobile…….If you go in to a store and pay your bill in cash there is a $5 fee for that.
So I asked her to separate the invoice and make the $5 fee a individual separate transaction for tax purposes.
Paid my $45 bill in cash.
Paid the separate invoice for $5 in cash.
She then proceeded o charge me another $5 for that cash transaction.
So I paid that $5 fee in cash.
She looked at me and you guessed it…….started ANOTHER invoice for $5!
IM NOT JOKING!
I asked her to cancel my service and switched carriers.
I will never forget that insanity.
Verizon probably fashioned the email notification to look like SPAM so it would end up in spam filters and people would never see it so they couldn't file a claim. I've seen nothing and I've been with Verizon for two decades.
"If you are owed money, please be advised that there is a $1 fee for a check or automatic bank deposit."

I remember when i called years ago, to activate a phone line with them around the early 2000's. I didn't even have a working phone to connect to the line yet. When i bought the phone and connected it, i got a call the same day saying i owe $1,000 on an 800# call's i never made, the calls were made on the day i activated it. I didn't even have a phone yet, and they even had my voice on it from when they recorded me answering their questions to their agreement for signing up with them. I cancelled them and told anyone i new not to sign with them. Where's my refund for their scams back then?
Verizon is the most lazy and scam like corporate I have ever experienced. I tell all my friends and family to stay away from them FOREVER!!
I've been with Verizon Wireless since 2009 so how many hundreds should I be getting back. Also your authorized dealers are cheats too, I purchased 2 iPhones in 2020 that should have been paid off in 2021 and then I find out the monthly fee extended to 36 payments instead of 24. And I can't even complain about it because it was the dealer who sold me the phones. Only reason I stayed with you so long is that you get better coverage than the other 2 brands. This is the truth, my sister and I would be in the basement floor of a store and I get signal and she does not, what's up with that T-Mobile??
