He’s right but that doesn’t negate the fact systemic racism still exists. What is systemic racism? It’s biased quiet racism that exists within SYSTEMS. It’s not glaringly obvious and that’s what makes it so dangerous. Racism has definitely reduced but the militant racism still exists but it’s quietly now. It’s why a white person is hired for the job even when the black person is more qualified than them.
