It was always set up for Iowa and New Hampshire to vote first because they are predominantly white ONLY states. Which makes it harder for minority candidates to win or leave with momentum.

This is so quaint and homespun… people get together to browbeat each other in what's normally a secret ballot vote, with loads of party operatives and related arm-twisters trying to bluff average people into voting how THEY say.
So…why does Io-way get to get a pass from the present so they can engage in something out of a Ma and Pa Kettle movie? No…seriously, why? It might be something that Iowa cooked up, but the ultimate effect is that these "caucuses" look for all the rest of the country like some anachronistic voter intimidation festival…NOT a part of a functional democracy!
