At Visa’s command center in Virginia, they monitor 76,000 transactions a second across more than 200 countries, facing off against hackers and fraudsters determined to steal money. The technology is powered by artificial intelligence. NBC News’ Tom Costello visited the center and explains more.

All im seeing is the bank are scared on getting keft behind on a cashless society, so they can tax you like they are doing now and keep taking your money but now they can froze it 😂😂 they trying to scare people remember they can cancel transactions and refund your money but it do take some business days

Keep this simple rule. Never pay with a debit card. Always use a credit card. If a scammer steals your credit card, by law, you are not responsible for 1 penny even if the amount is $1 million. If someone steals your debit card and drains your account, you might be out of luck.

Our bank accounts are being controlled by an artificial intelligence entity. Sounds like a good defense if money gets lost! Great idea!
What's the other country that is red in the background besides Spain?
I remember recently that there were a bunch of these types of bank scams where they knew what bank you had somehow. Same with Cable/Internet providers and cell phone companies. Even looking at the example, somehow the scammers knew that he used Navy Federal.
