A North Carolina national guardsman has been charged for allegedly hiring someone to kill a man to avenge his mother, who died in a car accident. The suspect was charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder and has not yet entered a plea.

The judge that gave 75 days jailtime to the dump truck driver should be jailed. If it wasnt for that stupid decision he made the kid wouldnt have to think of revenge for what happened to his mom.
Oh boy, I can just imagine being this guys poor Platoon Sergeant and getting this heads up right before formation and thinking 'Where do they find these Privates, and why do they send them to me?'

I don't blame him for having those feelings but I do blame him for acting on them. He should be in jail for the rest of his life. 2 wrongs don't make a right.
I do understand his pain. Hes young and without his lifelong best friend and protector. My Dentist said, when i asked him how he was doing, in general, said" im not doung well but nobody cares, but my mother". Hes 60 yrs old. I cant imagine the loss for someone young like this man
