In 1989 five-year-old Justin Turner went missing and was found dead in a camper days later by his father. Almost 35 years later, Victor Lee Turner has been charged with the murder of his son.

That vintage report footage you can see the father putting on an act, and the fact they didn’t bother to even remove the body from the property, yeah they wouldn’t look guilty at all. How did they get away with it for so long?
Reminds me of the Ramsay case, the girl found dead inside the family home, and the brother and father are like the most obvious suspects, yet they seemingly got away with it. Hopefully they’ll crack the Ramsay case one day.
Cops must have been hopeless not to work that out sooner.
Too many tears spent solving the murders of abused children had me thinking the same thing repeatedly.
They do it to their own. This one looks like the very first child that I was ever called upon to investigate his possible abuse. The murdered child's face here touched a nerve. That first child's abusers, like so many others, want me dead. They do it to their own. 😢
