He has spent 40years behind bars. He doesn't have social security income no persion or retirement. No one will hire him so I don't judge him. I just feel sorry for him. Younger men need learn especially black community the poor choices you make today can hurt your future.

If that was an LAPD supervisor at a certain division, he would have approved only a misdemeanor charge. No joke. Similar circumstances with my “friends” incident…the watch commander didn’t understand we can book someone for robbery without being identified by a victim in that moment. They’re hiring and promoting people who don’t know the job because they’re easily manipulated to follow orders not the law.
Some people never learn….
Imagine if he was taught how to “earn”, make an honest living and given a chance to redeem himself, rather than sit around with a bunch of other trouble makers. Just saying.

He wasn’t trying to hurt anyone nor did he want the money… he just wanted free room and board and medical for another 40 years with all his friends in prison… 🤔
Sad that’s all he knows what to do for quick cash…
