With business stalling, Spirals: Hot Dogs & More faced an uncertain future. But when a man who stopped in for lunch snapped a heartbreaking photo of the owner looking for customers, everything changed. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky has the story of the now-booming business in Norman, Oklahoma.
