A farmworker from Guatemala has been charged in the death of an officer after he suffered from a heart attack. The farmer was stopped by the officer for suspicious behavior and is being charged with aggravated manslaughter of an officer and faces 30 years in prison.

If he is charged for officers heart attack then capital police died after Jan 6th due to the stress of the day!
There is no actuall way to prove his heart attack was caused by him.

This is horrible the man did not speak spanish or english and kept saying sorry and someone should have found a person to translation but his rights were violated. The police officer had a medical condition that he should not be working in conditions that would cause his death.
Why did the officer did not leave the person alone? That is stupid and the farm worker never commits a crime. All he wanted was a sandwich and a soda. The fellow does not speak English and he not a criminal.

You can’t brutalize someone who says they don’t even speak English. your failure to properly communicate is not his failure to comply. I’m sorry the officer is no longer here, but it looks like he wasn’t fit to be in this role in the first place. That’s NOT the fault of this young man who was profiled.
Most egregious misuse of the justice system I have seen. Standing on a public sidewalk, attacked, brutally assaulted, kidnapped charged with murder. Because a cop who was in bad health died of natural causes. Sheriff and DA should be charged and arrested.
