A new report detailed “critical failures” in law enforcement’s response to the 2022 elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Officers took more than an hour to take down an 18-year-old gunman after he started shooting. Nineteen students and two adults were killed inside the school.

The real issue is why that school had no real security. The staff knew the shooter is coming but none of the doors could be locked from the inside. You could only lock them from the outside but not the inside (security is suppose to be the other way around), like who design those locks like that for the school?
And no one has been fired

NO ONE of the failure leaders LOST HIS JOB! Every one still has his job. None has been held accountable. It's always like this; always too late for the victims. Once again despite the horrific violence, of which the police cowards worsened the overall deadly violence, no one is being held accountable. I love how the government takes a year to figure out what we new hours later and the liberals want to complain about it but at the same time they think big government is the answer to everything..
There was no communication or leader failure. It was a moral failure. Any real man or woman who would have went in a saved those kids the first minute they were in danger.
