Colleges and universities hired the people that implemented these plans decades ago. These people have trained our executives and teachers. They are the reason that the education industry has convinced the country that EVERYONE should get a college education. Most of the people going to college don't learn anything, they're indoctrinated to believe in the elements of DEI. They've passed those values on to their own kids. Once the tipping point was reached, they started releasing activist elements within the federal government and expected to follow Obama with Clinton #2 but we know they aren't good at logical, critical thinking. Or math. Trump surprised them, so the fixed him and are in the process of the final, fundamental transformation.
