Kate, the Princess of Wales, is recovering after undergoing abdominal surgery, Kensington Palace confirmed.
The surgery was “successful,” and Kate will remain hospitalized for 10 to 14 days before returning to the family’s home to recover, according to the palace.

Since its not cancer im thinking chrons disease( colon disection)or uterus removal. Just her skinny physique screams bowel trouble. Or maybe endometriosis complicated by fibroids. Who know could be many things.
