Jury selection is underway for the involuntary manslaughter trial of the mother of Oxford High School shooter, Ethan Crumbley. Jennifer Crumbley has asked the judge for her son to testify in her trial. The state of our justice system is unbelievably concerning. It’s being weaponized against anyone the left elite dislikes. Unless she was literally aware that he would likely do this and then didn’t Make sufficient efforts to lock them up then she’s not even remotely guilty. I have a hard time believing either of those elements would be met as no normal parent would do that. It’s obvious that the elements aren’t met and she should never have been charged, but in this corrupt leftist dictatorship the truth and what’s right doesn’t matter. And before any nut job wants to preen about how I know nothing of the law, I am an actual attorney, I do know the law, it doesn’t mean I’m right as to the facts, maybe she did meet the elements, but I find it unlikely and the precedent this sets is not good for our country.
I believe we should blame the school for every one of these crimes. They have way more time and access to the children than pair-rents.
