Alabama executed Kenneth Smith, a 58-year-old convicted murderer, using nitrogen gas for the first time. While officials said the execution went according to plan, Smith’s spiritual adviser said he saw Smith struggling during the procedure. Alabama’s attorney general says 43 more death row inmates have chosen the new execution method. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda reports.

Now that States have defined under articles of the Constitution that Illegal migrants entering constitutes an invasion, I believe it's within the states rights to deport illegal Migrants from their state. There's no need for authority by the Federal government.

"Minutes of someone struggling for their life", the same way his victim did as she clung to life as long as possible after being stabbed multiple times.

Instead use those tax money to assist d people with emotional and mental health as well as raise salaries so people are not desperately hurting others for food or money in these times.

Once again a poor person is used as a guinea pig for a new execution method. Isnt it interesting that no rich person ever suffers the death penalty even if responsible for thousands of innocent people. Our justice system is so messed up.
