Not really going to hurt the car, everything is fairly well sealed and that is a pretty immersion. We drove our Ioniq5 through 10" of water (not salt water) during flooding last summer. No issues, driving through like that is pretty brief and it's not like an ice vehicle that can suck water into the engine and cause a ton of damage..
