  1. Yo isn't that what he's trying to do right now

  2. It’s about time maybe parents will be better parents if they’re held responsible for not discipling their kids.

  3. The mom bought her son the gun and let him carry the gun she knew her son has mental problems he told his parents he needed mental help he begged them and she didn't listen to him or get him help. Why would a parent buy their child 15 years old that has severe mental health problems a gun let him carry the gun thats giving him a deadly weapon. The parents that lost their children because of their actions have a right to hold his parents just as responsible as their son. If the mom didn't buy him that gun and let him carry it and if she had instead got her son mental help this wouldn't of happened. Most of the school shootings the shooter got the gun from home their parents guns. Parents have a responsibility to keep weapons locked up. That kid that killed 17 kids in Florida on Valentine's day got the gun from his parents. The guy that killed 27 kids in Sandy Hook got the gun from his moms house. And many others.

  4. I am not completely aware of this case up close. However, I am certainly glad I do not have kids! At first glance, I am not too supporting of blaming parents for their kids' crimes. A real slippery slope. It just may be your kid next!

  5. Parents purchased the firearm. They gifted it to their 15 year old son. He told them he was hearing voices, had self harm thinking, he asked for therapy and they refused. They allowed him access to the gun and ammunition. Negligence on so many levels. They knew he was sick but had too many of their own intetests to care about him. People died because of their Negligence with the gun.

  6. This is a really bad person we are gonna go down to slippery slope. Does anybody has any contact with anybody who’s gonna be convicted of current somebody else committed. this is not OK. People should not be OK with this. You should not let emotion control conviction.

  7. This is tragic. Not only does your country expect parents to to support their children well into adulthood they have now made a prescident for parents to be held accountable for criminal actions that the government says the parents have no right to stop.

  8. It’s about time these parents take responsibility of their children. Yes she knew her son was having issues with grandeurs of guns and she bought him one anyways and allowed him to carry it around with him.

  9. I would love to see the evidence to see how they came up with the verdict. I have mixed feelings about this. However these little sociopaths aren't raising themselves. Or maybe they are and that may be the problem.

  10. She didn't commit the crime so she shouldn't do the time her son should be the one serving time instead

  11. Unless the parents provided the weapon and knew or condoned the crime, they are only guilty of having a child that committed a crime. Stupid… liberal…. Ideology….

  12. GUILTY!!! That's why reading the yellow form that comes with registered firearms that states: You must know where your firearm is at all times & if someone who is to young 18 on younger is caught or commits a crime with your firearm you will be held responsible… 🤯🤬🤯

  13. When the law becomes a weapon over it's people. It then becomes tyranic. That was the line this court just crossed. Additionally, to those that paise this outcome. Remeber Justice is blind, and her sword will not stop at your door eaither. The Iconography of Justices herself warns us of this type of behavior.

  14. Wonder when they are going to start charging us for crimes we COULD commit but haven't… this world is done…

  15. This is so messed up… they literally called and warned the school that he might have the gun trying to prevent it and the school did absolutely nothing… if anything whoever got the call and chose to do nothing should be charged not her…

  16. Had to get the white lady first..

  17. I wish I knew the details of what she did to get this

  18. Need parents to be able to reprimand foolish children! Otherwise the onus is on them!

  19. This is so wrong on so many levels to hold a parent responsible for what a child dose on a criminal level then convict them on a criminal level …..whst next aresting a parent for a child who drinks and drives then kills someone ??

  20. What??? Wow.. ok now it making sense.. 😮

  21. You raise a monster its your fault.
