A California high school student was hospitalized after she was shot in the eye by a toy water bead gun. NBC News’ Maura Barrett reports that the girl’s family blames the school district for not taking action to prohibit the use of the toy guns sooner.

I don't believe we should ban them that is ridiculous. How about parents just start making better choices for their children? Specially with all the information about them out there now, if you don't have to bring capacity to not buy dangerous toys for your kids.
