Good legal analysis. He willfully kept the sensitive (top secret) documents. That is a crime! Full stop. Regardless of how forthcoming JB was turning the documents to the National Archives and the govt. As far as JB’s mental acuity, the report confirms what the American public is thinking. The office of POTUS does carry enormous stress and it requires that the person has a good mental acuity.

The Supreme Court should reference what the previous courts declared and use their alluding to the Constitution's words as stated and documented in the14th .Amendment. If these judges are allowed to speculate far away from the facts, they will surely manifest their own rules and completely miss the entire point….that Trump broke the law when he stepped over the legal LINES and encouraged and insight the riot and insurrection. Stay firmly on the facts documented in our Constitution and NOT by making new rules to skirt the facts and the issue. .
