Here's a thought: people committed a CRIME correct? There needs to be PUNISHMENT for behavioral change correct? We have EQUALITY correct? I propose no matter the crime, no matter the person there is NO PLEA DEALS. Do your job collect the evidence and present it. Either they are guilty and need punishment or you have no evidence and need to free them.

I have an Idea. When the Judges and prosecutors both fail to hold offenders for bail, and prosecutors fail to prosecute the offenders : They be held accountable for the Next Offense by these criminals. Dereliction of Duty , failure to uphold the oaths of office and failing to Protect American citizens. Punishable by Disbarment , High fines and Jail time.
