In 2018 my husband went to Slovenia for a US Embassy appointment. They returned his i130 case stating our marriage licence wasn't valid ,we had to get married again this time in Maribor ,Slovenia. I had to file another i130 and then we had to wait. Feb.1, 2023 he got another us Embassy appointment. My husband never got interviewed with consular. Worker had child there during interview which was distracting because she kept taking documents from the counter. Please help we have 5 children he's a good husband ,man and a great father. The lady conducting the interview had her child there who was loud playing pulling documents from the counter. She kept insinuating he has aliases of a Mahmood or Mahmoud to which he said no there's no chance he only goes by an has ever gone by Jasmin Sahmanovic which is my name from birth . She claimed we had documents missing that weren't they were just on the floor because her child took them . She said to leave interview is done mail in documents and have a job guaranteed before Visa would be processed. Which was not a requirement on family based visa that's a requirement for a work visa.Then after months of waiting we get an email that they refused him saying his i601a waiver was revoked where it is not shown in any system, because the form is still valid and not revoked . i601a approval waiver which is its own form and isn't combined with another form it is its own entity. We didn't need it to file for it we filed for it as a precaution if something went wrong. He grew up in New York came as a child went to elementary through high school,only to leave for a year to pursue soccer at 17 came back to New York to help his father who started to get sick. Over 20 years of his life is America and he is now stuck in a country he's basically foreign to and is looked at as a foreigner. America is his home. We're getting flooded with migrants not vetted they all get to come in and stay with benefits, my husband vetted only wanting to be called what he's always felt he was an American.
Who holds them accountable for wrong doing? How is it OK ,my family is suffering, my children are suffering my health is suffering. I have to fight with do I want my husband , my children to have their father in their lives or choose my country who is making me have to be a single mother.
What happened to "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Shout up oh my goodness so hateful what about bye then?
Giving immunity would be opening Pandora's box. No one is above the law. Also stop murdering innocent people with drones.
