Ok, How about going the opposite way these things usually turn out? Take $5000 away from each nurse and put it towards hospital upkeep and services required.
Patients lose both ways, about to push this raise to the patients to pay. Expect medical bills to increase anywhere from 10% to 30%.

There is surely a lot of Red in the crowd. Does it represent nursing or something else.
A nurse saved my life. Give them the benefits they deserve
They strike over pay but not over mandatory jab
Proud of these nurses!! Stand up and tell your truth! This is a Nation wide issue!!! Nurses have been dealing with these issues for many years. Now they are being sued over the mistakes they make, because of the unsafe working conditions , they are made to just deal with. Insurance companies, are greedy and do not help the situation, along with for-profit companies, in the medical field are some of the worst places to work for. I was a nurse for 20 years. I would never go back into the field!! I'm so proud of all these nurses!!! Enough is enough!!!
Nurses stand your ground. Fight the power✊🏿
Everything you buy in your entire history, every single item on your shelves, you pay triple its price as it is present before you. Youtube or something else has been breaking the site functions, some of these are very hard to retype.
The federal reserve needs to protect the rich and corporations and sacrifice the middle class. Print more money and create more inflation. So here’s the consequence of the inflation they created. More problems, more strikes, less goods and services, just more costs, less quality of life.
This is so sad. These nurses striking look quite young. Prayers for everyone.
Things around this world are happening and we need to focus on how we will survive when more and more disasters that the 🌎 will hit us with

Greedy insurance companies and their shareholders are raking in massive profits…. workers deserve to be paid, stand up together…
Go back in history, what did Labour do during the Spanish Flu in the 🇺🇸

"Patients First" parying for the Nurses and the Nursing assistants .May God bless all of you ..
How many nurses did they fire for not getting COVID shots??? Maybe that's what happened to the staffing
They all need to be fired
It's funny how they never went on strike over the mandates that are in the hospital that they work in, or over how unsafe the poison is.
