Those houses were not close to the cliffs when built 50 years ago. You have to understand that.

You would have to be crazy to build a house on that ground any Geological Survey would tell you that much. And any reputable contractor knows that much. I do feel compassion for the people that were conned into that situation . However a little common sense and research goes a long ways
