If it ain't shakin, it's burnin, if not burnin, it's flooding, if not flooding try riots, just for something different. NOTHING NEW. In 69 we had a mudslide in our back yard due to construction fill on another property. No, we didn't sue anyone. Those mudslides happen in hill areas due to the soil issues.
