Appeals court rulings of no immunity to trump is very lawfully reasonable because that Jan.6 insurrection would never happen in history if not because of trump’s recklessness, he made it to happen in his favor to overturn the election result and to disrupt and sabotage the certification of transfer of power in congress because he can’t admit that he lost the 2020 election.
If innocent then why claim immunity ?
