Saying it doesn’t matter if it was a traffic case, divorce case or 1st degree murder case,is really disrespectful. Obviously she shouldn’t be texting during any type of case, which is what she was trying to convey. But the fact that it was a murder case of a 2 year old boy does make it matter more! Any murder case demands that the court employees and prosecutors do their absolute best to get it right and be as respectful as possible while doing their jobs.
