Dictator Putin says he prefers President Joe Biden. Of course he lies because he knows that if his friend Trump leaves, the first thing he would do is remove aid to Ukraine. Said by Mr. Trump, whoever does not pay the NATO fee would encourage Dictator Putin to attack that country and he would not protect it, which is very irresponsible on the part of Mr. Trump, who is most interested in destroying NATO, Dictator Putin.
